PANCHAMRuTA COLD PROCESS SOAP
Panchamrita or Panchamruta or Panchamrutham is a sacred recipe in Hinduism that is used as an offering to gods and goddesses during religious ceremonies. It is made by mixing five ingredients, which are milk, curd or yogurt, honey, ghee (clarified butter), and jaggery or sugar. The word "panchamrita" is derived from the Sanskrit words "panch" meaning "five" and "amrita" meaning "nectar of immortality." This sweet and creamy mixture is believed to be blessed with divine properties and is often distributed as prasad (blessed food) to devotees after religious rituals.
In this soap making tutorial, we will be using the same five ingredients along with our best cold process soap formulation to create a gentle, creamy bar of soap which cleanses the skin with rich bubbles.
